The Quote Burger
The Learning Carton character Quote Burger is based on the teaching model/method defined below:
The quote-burger is an analogy or model that helps students understand how to integrate quotes into their writing. Like the para-burger with its topic sentence, ideas, and closer, the quote-burger helps students imagine the task of integrating quotes into three manageable and distinct pieces. It was
originally developed for use in writing about literature but can also be adapted for use with nonfiction, summaries, arguments, and research. The Quote Burger Purpose – Collins Education Associates

Thanks Quote Burger.
(reaction shot)
I know people want to make effective training faster and cheaper than before.
Faster is a given.
You make sure it’s good training by hiring an expert, an instructional designer.
They use a needs analysis to to determine what the learners already know and can do, to decide what the learner should know, and be able to do as a result of the learning and training solution.
As our boy QB said, (cut to quote burger) if you want it fast and cheap it won’t be good.
To make sure it’s good, hire an instructional designer.
How are you designing your instruction? Which two do you pick?

Until next time,
