(smiles/laughs) Oh wow!

Consolidator: Karel, you missed your chance to get everyone on the same page in the kick-off meeting.

Oh, the elearning project kick-off meeting.

Consolidator: Yeah!!! (points to head)

I’m sorry. I forgot. It was very rude.

Consolidator: So we’ll call it a goof on you!

Wait! If you are trying to help what’s with the balaclava and the … is that a fanny pack?

Consolidator: (looks down at his fanny pack)

Consolidator: It’s just a hook to get everyone to know how important it is to consolidate feedback during the review cycle on a training video or course.

(Nods) There you go.

Avoid a mental visit from the “Consolidator” and ask for feedback that is actionable and consolidated on day one. Assign a consolidator on both sides.

Consolidator: (pulls down balaclava and smiles)
