Hi! I’m Chris Karel from the Learning Carton! I’m on a mission to help YOU make better learning videos. And I’m here to help you use those videos to create better learning experiences.

What is Blended Learning?

Hey there, Chris Karel from the Learning Carton with my take on the term blended learning.

Born from distance or remote learning, BLENDED learning is an approach that involves people learning online and in-person.

Blending online activities with live human interaction creates an authentic learning environment where the individual has autonomy, or a level of control over when, where, and how they want to work and study.

If you are like me and want to create true learning experiences so a blended approach should be in your toolbox.

Anything short of a combined approach is a one-and-done training experience.

BOO
I don’t want no one-and-done training. That’s wack

CHRIS
You right boo!

BOO
Come on now!

So tell me, how do you use blended learning to help your people learn, retain, and apply new things?

Comment down below,

And until next time,

(beat box)

Peace
