Let’s talk LITFOW elements.

Hi, I’m Chris Karel.

First up, Video-Heavy, Video Frequent, AND Video-Based

LITFOW or Learning in the Flow of work is a different way to think about training and learning in the workplace.

In this video, I’m talking about one of the 12 elements.

Specifically, Video-Heavy, which is like Video Frequent or Video-Based.

Why video? Because it’s memorable, it’s accessible.
Video is customizable.
Video is … NORMAL!
I mean duh – you are watching it right now!

Video is easy to consume remotely. It stimulates higher-order thinking skills and it reinforces concepts.
Video models behavior. It’s perfect for attention spans of all sizes. And video is the single greatest form of traffic on the internet today.

What? Video is NORMAL! Use it!

Let’s do a recap,

Video is one element of a learning in the flow of work program. Using video to teach, expand, or reinforce knowledge, skills, and behaviors should be at the core of your training.

If it’s not, message me!

Sheesh!

And until next time,

Peace
