Social Learning Communities are typically thought of as Slack, Teams, and even Discord are only the application. A social learning community is a designed learning in the flow of work element that facilitates interaction among colleagues. It allows people to converse and learn from each other. If handled properly, experts can offer instruction and learners can empower their own learning by asking questions they need answered!
