Interactive activities require your learners to apply the knowledge, skills, and behaviors they are developing. They engage your people and make them think and then take action to apply what they know and understand. They are a part of a solid learning in the flow of work program. Use them as much as possible.

Thank you Deanna!

Interactive activities require the learner to make decisions based on their knowledge to demonstrate they understand the concepts we are teaching.

Interactive is the opposite of passive learning like reading, watching, and clicking next to continue.

And finally, Interactive activities are one part of a solid learning in the flow of work program.

So tell me, do you use interactive activities? What works best for your learners?

Comment down below, and until next time.

Peace!
