Now what? An hour is too long for a single training video.

Chunk it!

Step 1 should be to edit that video into chunks, 10 minutes or less. Title it to the topic and add a description that helps your learner know exactly what they are going to see.

Take your chunked videos and author them into course using Articulate 360

Next, you’ll need to put your courses into a platform that will help you share and track progress.
