Here’s What You Need to Identify Your Training Needs – VIDEO

Transcript:

Are you trying to identify your training needs? But all you keep hearing is complaints.

It’s too long.

There’s too much text to read.

The online system is really hard to use.

I’m not sure how we use this in the real world.

Hmm. Sounds like you need a guide and a guide.

What did you say? A guide?

Like a template or a document that outlines how to conduct a thorough training needs analysis, but practically and completely doable in two weeks.

A guide and a guide? What are you talking about?

A guide and an expert! A training expert that can lead you through a needs analysis to shine a light on the positives and the negatives without being a part of the emotional fabric of the company.

Emotional fabric?

Okay. A needs analysis exposes the knowledge gaps and often uncovers the most dangerous phrase in business. We’ve always done it this way.

With an outside guide, we can make recommendations to alter the training toward learner-centered experiences that address the complaints with instructional design.

So tell me, how are you identifying training needs in your organization?

Do you have a guide and a guide?

Comment down below or DM me to continue this conversation!

Peace!
