Why?
Well, let’s just say it protects you, your client, or your company.
Formal consent and release will provide you with protection in the event that you get sued.
I’ve never had this experience before, but I know others that have.
Let’s say one of your actors leaves the company or is involved in a dispute with someone at the company. Well, if you don’t have the release form then it could put you and the company at risk.
It only takes a moment to secure the release form.
