Last week, I jumped in with the help of my Acadium apprentice @brandonmontigo to learn how to master Tik Tok so that I can spread my content on the platform and find a way to use it for instructional purposes. I asked how to upload from desktop and he was like, “Ok, I got you! Will you enable sharing multiple screens.”

How to upload from desktop and mobile to Tik Tok
First things first, let me give a shout-out to Brandon, who’s been working for Learning Carton this summer. Among the tasks related to my existing content we spend time live where he shows me various techniques and strategies within the Tik Tok platform.

Posting from Desktop
Check on my scribe below to see how I learned to upload a video from desktop to TikTok. I will say for sure that there are more features available when you upload from your mobile phone.
Posting from mobile
To post from mobile, I needed to move my video from my google drive into my phone. I did this by downloading my video from my google drive into my phone and saving it in my camera roll. Once it was up inside TikTok then I was able to step through all of the variables I wanted to in order to get the post live.
